IT Support Engineer
Windows, VMWare, AD, Linux, L2, L3
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our client's team and provide expert technical support. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that all queries are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
- Provide expert 2nd & 3rd level support to our client's end users based worldwide
- Resolve complex technical issues, including software, hardware and networking issues
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or relevant industry certifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar technical support role,
- Experience with technologies such as O365, AD, SCCM and VMWare
- Experience with technologies such as AWS & Linux would be beneficial but not required
