Junior QA Automation Engineer

Hybrid

I have partnered with a Software Development client based in Cork who are expanding their current team and on the lookout for Junior, Mid, and Senior Level candidates. The working model is hybrid and will involve traveling to the site at least 1 day per week.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Implement and improve automated test plans
• Monitor and report defects found during the testing process
• Work closely with the other members of the QA team to enhance current test case plans and reduce backlogs
• Functional testing such as regression and acceptance testing

Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in an automated testing role
• Hands-on experience automating test cases with Selenium
• Experience developing frameworks using Python
• API testing experience using Robot Framework is highly desirable
