A Dublin-based tech company are hiring for a Lead Business Analyst to take charge of an already well-established team of BAs. You will be working on a series of implementation projects, working closely with the PMO team as you work to improve business processes. There is a lot of man-management in the role, however there is also plenty of opportunity to get involved in a more practical sense - actively working with your team to achieve business goals.
This role is Dublin / Hybrid.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in a Business Analyst role, with experience leading a team
- Expert grasp of a BAs core responsibilities, with an emphasis on stakeholder/people management and technical innovation
- Experience with Oracle, SQL and Jira would be beneficial
- A background in finance/payments/banking preferable, but not essential
