We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our client's Salesforce team. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing customized Salesforce CRM solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, business analysts, developers, and project managers to develop and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized Salesforce CRM solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce implementation best practices and capabilities.
• Lead the development and implementation of data migration and integration strategies, including the integration of Salesforce with other systems.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the solutions adhere to quality standards and security protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and functionalities, and identify opportunities to leverage them for improved solution development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Salesforce Solution Architect or a similar role, delivering successful Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect, are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud functionalities and capabilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with data migration and integration strategies and tools, such as Salesforce Data Loader, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at different levels.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
