As a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions that align with our client's business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful implementations, ensuring scalability, and providing technical leadership to our development teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand functional and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create comprehensive architecture documentation and diagrams to articulate solution designs.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of advanced implementation experience in Salesforce environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on Mulesoft experience
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & 2 certifications.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, as the one writing code and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional Salesforce certifications or other relevant technical certifications.
• Experience with other CRM or ERP systems.
