- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a team of SAP specialists, functional experts, and project managers, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document specific business requirements, ensuring that SAP configurations meet the company's needs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design SAP solutions that align with industry best practices while addressing unique business requirements.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption of the new SAP system, including training plans, communication strategies, and support mechanisms.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the migration process and develop mitigation plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with SAP implementation partners, consultants, and other third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of the migration project.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and oversee quality assurance processes to validate data integrity, system functionality, and overall performance post-migration.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives within the SAP environment, optimizing workflows and enhancing system capabilities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and other relevant stakeholders on the progress, challenges, and successes of the SAP migration project.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in SAP implementation, project management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of successful ERP migrations.
- SAP Expertise: Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and configurations, including SAP S/4HANA. SAP certification is a plus.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale projects from initiation to completion, utilizing project management methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and address challenges creatively.
- Change Management: Experience in implementing change management strategies to drive user adoption and mitigate resistance to new systems and processes.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry's best practices and trends in SAP implementations and enterprise systems.
