A software engineering company are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help deal with their growing customer base in the aviation industry. You will be a system implementation and customer support manager, taking a project from start to finish as you weigh-in on the sales process, then the implementation of the software for the customer (gathering requirements and working with the development team) and then keeping in touch with clients to ensure everything is working correctly.
Requirements:
- Intimate knowledge of crew scheduling and payment processes within an airline
- Strong both with customers as well as technically, with experience dealing with airline employees as well as software implementation projects
- Ability to multi-task, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Capable of supporting software testers
