Senior Business Analyst (Contact Centre)

My client are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team in Dulin as they transform their contact centre. This will be a 6 month rolling contract for the successful candidate.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years Business Analyst Experience
• Contact Centre Experience is a must
• Experience in both waterfall and Agile is a plus
• Experience within financial services a plus
