We have partnered with a leading utilities company in Ireland. They are currently undergoing a transformation plan and their Data Science department have received significant backing to fund a new project. This has a created a new Data Science position for a Senior candidate with potential plans to bring in more mid-level Data Scientists before the close of 2023 (ideally). The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Data Science and will have flexibility to implement best practices.
This is a hybrid role where potential candidates will be expected to go into the office at least once every two weeks. Our client also prides themselves on their award winning culture and is notoriously named as one of the best places to work in Ireland.
To be considered:
- 5+ years' experience in a Data Science/ Machine Learning role
- Advanced with Python & Python Libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Sci-Kit Learn)
- Advanced with SQL (PySpark)
- Experience working with AWS
- Experience leading a small team
