Background

Having lived in the North coast of Ireland, I grew up with living beside some of the best scenic areas in Ireland, and began to take an interest in what the coast had to offer e.g. rock climbing, kayaking and coasteering. This enjoyment of the adventure lifestyle led me to my first role as an outdoor instructor, where I gained years of experience in leading teams, managing situations and putting people outside their comfort zone in different environments. I then graduated from Queens University Belfast, with a Psychology (Hons) degree and transitioned into the life of a recruitment consultant, understanding the processes behind what people want and how to get the most out of their experience and personality is what drives me. I have always been fascinated by technology and how things work – therefore I led the embedded/hardware and electronic recruitment market for Reperio Human Capital for several years.

With a strong background in recruitment and the IT market in Ireland, I have transitioned into an internal Human Resources role within Reperio. I am responsible for internal recruitment and training.

I joined the team at Reperio Human Capital in April 2015 as Office Manager. Within Reperio, I have the benefit of working closely with a small but growing team and assisting with the management of Contract & Permanent roles.

After working in Administrative Support for one of the country’s biggest Energy Suppliers, I realised I needed more of a challenge; preferably in a company that was constantly growing that I would grow with.

Reperio ticked all the boxes for me even before my interview, and I was delighted to be offered the post of Office Executive in January 2019. As Office Executive, I assist with Recruitment, Administrative and Clerical tasks, and help to streamline processes that are integral to the smooth running of our busy office.

I’ve had the privilege of growing up in the UAE during its busiest time of development and have developed an interest in growing businesses; start-ups AND expansions. This enabled me to work as a Business Advisor during a brief return to Dubai after my MA in Creative Writing.

I began my career with Reperio back in 2014 where I specialised in recruitment within the Microsoft .NET market. I moved on to work with a 'Big Four' consulting firm for two years before returning to Reperio to take on the role of Operations Manager.

It's great to see how Reperio has evolved, and it is an exciting time to be back as the business expands into new markets and regions. I'm looking forward to helping with this growth and taking on new responsibilities within the company. 

Motorsport and football are my main interests away from the office. At weekends, you'll find me competing around the country in the Irish Formula Vee racing championship or suffering through watching Everton attempt to play football.

When I finished my studies, I jumped straight into the world of work with a large professional services company as a Valuations Practitioner. In my four years there, I learned a variety of different skills, most importantly how to interact and communicate with people form a wide array of backgrounds.

As time went on, I felt the need to transition into a more personable, competitive career because this suits my personality much better than to be stuck behind a desk crunching numbers for weeks on end. Therefore, I decided to pack up and move to the middle east to get involved in the highly competitive real estate market. It was great to be involved in a role that rewarded results and was focused on people and relationships rather than balance sheets. The work environment was highly pressurised but the challenge of this was enthralling and enjoyable.

However, I missed this wet and dreary place I call home and came back to find a role that offered that kind of high pressure and competitive environment. That is what the thriving recruitment industry within Ireland offers for me.

Outside of work I am a keen rugby player who enjoys the post-match beverages with the team. I also try to keep on top of some gym work and get a nice holiday or two in each year if I can.

Background

Having lived in the North coast of Ireland, I grew up with living beside some of the best scenic areas in Ireland, and began to take an interest in what the coast had to offer e.g. rock climbing, kayaking and coasteering. This enjoyment of the adventure lifestyle led me to my first role as an outdoor instructor, where I gained years of experience in leading teams, managing situations and putting people outside their comfort zone in different environments. I then graduated from Queens University Belfast, with a Psychology (Hons) degree and transitioned into the life of a recruitment consultant, understanding the processes behind what people want and how to get the most out of their experience and personality is what drives me. I have always been fascinated by technology and how things work – therefore I led the embedded/hardware and electronic recruitment market for Reperio Human Capital for several years.

With a strong background in recruitment and the IT market in Ireland, I have transitioned into an internal Human Resources role within Reperio. I am responsible for internal recruitment and training.

Background 

I first realised I had an interest in Marketing during my undergraduate degree in Business Management at Queens University Belfast. I decided to see whether this interest could develop into a career path and as a result, I undertook an internship as a Communications Assistant for a local charity.

In this role, I quickly realised I had a passion for Marketing, particularly Digital Marketing. I enjoy content curation, content marketing and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in this constantly changing industry.

I joined the team at Reperio Human Capital in April 2015 as Office Manager. Within Reperio, I have the benefit of working closely with a small but growing team and assisting with the management of Contract & Permanent roles.

After working in Administrative Support for one of the country’s biggest Energy Suppliers, I realised I needed more of a challenge; preferably in a company that was constantly growing that I would grow with.

Reperio ticked all the boxes for me even before my interview, and I was delighted to be offered the post of Office Executive in January 2019. As Office Executive, I assist with Recruitment, Administrative and Clerical tasks, and help to streamline processes that are integral to the smooth running of our busy office.

Background
I graduated from University with a Bachelor's degree in French and Modern History. From there I moved straight into a business to business sales environment, working for an international financial magazine selling to companies all over the world. I decided to make the move into recruitment and have found an industry where a hatred of losing and a real competitive streak most certainly come in handy. Background

Since graduating with a degree in History, I worked as a buyer in the construction industry and in sales roles locally. I had been interested in a career in Recruitment for many years and in order to prepare for this role, I applied for and was appointed to a sales executive post with a company selling motor vehicles to the United States military personnel in the Middle East, specifically Kuwait and Bahrain. I received comprehensive training and enjoyed the competition and challenges presented in a target-driven sales environment. Background

Following several years working in property rentals and time spent working abroad, I chose to pursue a career in recruitment. Background

I graduated from Ulster University with a BSc in Business Management with a year spent studying in Spain. After this, I moved to England and began a career in business to business sales working for a specialist management consultancy, selling to directors of top firms in the UK. After joining the Merchant Navy after school, I soon realized I was less suited to ship engines and more suited to people. I pursued this notion with my first sales job in energy telesales. I used this to attain a solid set of sales skills before moving to New Zealand in 2015, where I worked for one of the world’s largest sales & marketing companies, working both B2B and door to door. For several years, I travelled the world as a professional dancer with Lord of the Dance. This experience gave me the opportunity to meet people from all around the world and experience many different cultures.

Background

I began my career with Reperio back in 2014 where I specialised in recruitment within the Microsoft .NET market. I moved on to work with a 'Big Four' consulting firm for two years before returning to Reperio to take on the role of Operations Manager.

It's great to see how Reperio has evolved, and it is an exciting time to be back as the business expands into new markets and regions. I'm looking forward to helping with this growth and taking on new responsibilities within the company. 

Motorsport and football are my main interests away from the office. At weekends, you'll find me competing around the country in the Irish Formula Vee racing championship or suffering through watching Everton attempt to play football.

When I finished my studies, I jumped straight into the world of work with a large professional services company as a Valuations Practitioner. In my four years there, I learned a variety of different skills, most importantly how to interact and communicate with people form a wide array of backgrounds.

As time went on, I felt the need to transition into a more personable, competitive career because this suits my personality much better than to be stuck behind a desk crunching numbers for weeks on end. Therefore, I decided to pack up and move to the middle east to get involved in the highly competitive real estate market. It was great to be involved in a role that rewarded results and was focused on people and relationships rather than balance sheets. The work environment was highly pressurised but the challenge of this was enthralling and enjoyable.

However, I missed this wet and dreary place I call home and came back to find a role that offered that kind of high pressure and competitive environment. That is what the thriving recruitment industry within Ireland offers for me.

Outside of work I am a keen rugby player who enjoys the post-match beverages with the team. I also try to keep on top of some gym work and get a nice holiday or two in each year if I can.

After graduating from university, I was able to afford myself some time for a bit of travelling in Australia, where I spent 3 years (longer than originally expected). This experience gave me the opportunity to interact with people from different backgrounds and develop a number of personal and work place skills. 

As a competitive person driven by results, recruitment has always felt like a natural career fit for me. To gain the necessary experience for this industry, I worked in a business to business sales role for a well known national company. I loved being able to build relationships with people, finding out what it was that they needed by asking the right questions and helping them become successful.
