I began my 3rd level education with the intention of progressing into a career within the IT industry. After a number of years, I began to realise that I did not have the patience nor the mathematical brain needed to become a coder!

Having finished my degree in London, I decided that recruitment was the career for me. Starting at the bottom as a "Resourcer", I soon progressed into a Consultant, then Senior Consultant within the IT Contract division for one of the world's biggest technology recruitment firms. After this, I launched a new boutique recruitment firm in London before James and I joined forces to launch Reperio Human Capital.

Reperio Human Capital focuses primarily within Ireland, the UK and the US, as well as some select roles further afield. Our areas of expertise include Software Development, IT Infrastructure, IT Senior Appointments, IT Sales & Pre-Sales, Database & Analytics and Cyber Security, Audit & Risk. All of the consultants here work within a very small technical market which ensures they have a very good grasp of their field and can advise both candidates and clients on their best options.

I'm an entrepreneurial and strategically astute Manager/Director who has extensive experience of recruiting for IT staff across Europe, having spent 6 years recruiting for Software Developers within the Investment Banking sector in London and later Frankfurt. As a co-founder of Reperio Human Capital, I now possess a first-class appreciation of the Irish IT market.

My role is to organically grow our business by recruiting, developing and training junior/experienced recruiters so that they can become the future leaders of our business.

After graduating from University, I was lucky enough to take some time to travel the world. This allowed me to interact with people with extremely varied backgrounds, which in turn has broadened my knowledge and the way I look at and treat life.

Brought up in a sales environment, I have a strong passion for creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and this is something I really value.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, photography and getting out for a few drinks.

I joined the team at Reperio Human Capital in April 2015 as Office Manager. Within Reperio, I have the benefit of working closely with a small but growing team and assisting with the management of contract & permanent roles.

Reperio Human Capital is an exciting place to work, it is fast paced, stimulating and rewarding. No two days are the same!

Outside of work I enjoy camping and hiking.

Having grew up in the North coast, I lived beside some of the best scenic areas in Ireland, and began to take an interest in what the coast had to offer e.g. rock climbing, kayaking and coasteering. This enjoyment of the adventure lifestyle led me to my first role as an outdoor instructor, where I gained years of experience leading teams, managing situations and putting people outside their comfort zone in different environments. 

I then graduated from Queens University Belfast, with a Psychology (Hons) degree and transitioned into the life of a Recruitment Consultant. Understanding the processes behind what people want and how to get the most out of their experience and personality is what drives me. I have always been fascinated by technology and how things work – therefore I led the embedded/hardware and electronic recruitment market for Reperio Human Capital for several years.

With a strong background in recruitment and the IT market in Ireland, I have transitioned into the a 'Head of People' role within Reperio. I am responsible for internal recruitment and training.

I am a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a degree in Business Studies and seven years of industry experience in retails, sales and management. My passion for working in fast-paced environments with endless opportunities led me to the field of recruitment, where I thrive on building rapport with clients and networking daily.

Recently promoted to USA Recruitment Manager at Reperio, I am excited to utilise my competitive attributes and implement my knowledge and skills to ensure success in my recruitment career. I am dedicated to helping clients find the right candidates and candidates find their perfect job opportunity.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and travelling when possible. I am also a keen Manchester United fan which is something I have had to create a thick skin for in Reperio!

After studying for a degree in Law with International Business at Northumbria University,  I took some time out to travel in Australia. After picking up some sales experience and soaking up the sun for nearly 2 years, I returned home. I am keen to work in recruitment as I love a fast-paced environment. I am a competitive individual, with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

On the weekends, you can catch me watching any sort of sport, or STRUGGLING to play golf...Both of which is normally followed by a few beers with friends!

From working in hospitality for many years to making a jump into finance when I left school, I felt that I needed something more. When I found Reperio, I instantly knew that the interaction with different people and the competitive drive was something that I had been searching for.

My favourite aspect of IT Recruitment is creating relationships with both clients and candidates. I’m dedicated to regularly refreshing and updating my knowledge on the market to ensure that I am aware of upcoming trends.

When I’m not helping you on your job search, I’m watching football or socialising!

After graduating from King's College with a BSc (Hons) in Geography, I decided to spend a year exploring Australia and South-East Asia, igniting my passion for travel and adventure.  I returned to Belfast to complete my Masters in Finance at Queen's University, before heading to London where I worked as a credit analyst in Leveraged Finance. It was a fascinating time to work in the City as I got to experience the rapid rise to the peak and the subsequent crash, learning how the banks had to change tact and dynamic quickly to adjust to the market and global demands. When our family came along, we decided to relocate back to Belfast and focus on raising them.   

Outside of work, you'll find me in the gym trying to smash my latest PB, supporting my family, walking the dogs or planning my next adventure.

Having graduated from the University of South Florida with a Degree in Marketing, I have been a Tampa local since 2015. During my time here, I worked in the hospitality industry directly after college before transitioning to become a technical recruiter in the cyber security space. From years of experience, I have learned how to connect with people both personally and professionally. I am happy to be able to use these skills in conjunction on a daily basis as I join Reperio Human Capital as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending my time outdoors, socializing with friends, and attending anything in the music scene. The way I look at life, the more travel plans I have - the better!

I am a driven individual with a Degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing with over 6 years' experience in recruitment and further 8 years' experience in sales/customer service. 

Having spent most of my career within healthcare and temporary recruitment, I joined Reperio due to their excellent reputation and the opportunity to be able to work in a niche market, learning about QA and Testing recruitment and utilising my existing skill set.

Due to my love of helping others as well as having a strong competitive nature, I enjoy all aspects of recruitment, from helping candidates to find their ideal job to assisting clients with finding the perfect fit for their role.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing netball, spending time with my two dogs and volunteering for a charity that supports terminally ill and elderly people and their pets called Rosies Trust. To wind down after a busy day in the office, I also recently took up sea swimming which I have slowly grown to love!

I look forward to seeing what the future holds with Reperio. 

I am a driven and hard-working recruitment professional with a degree in Economics and Finance, to go with four years of experience in the retail and restaurant industry. I enjoy being kept busy within a fast-paced environment as well as working as part of a team in order to hit targets and achieve common goals. 

I recently joined the Reperio team here in Tampa after making the move across the Atlantic from Dublin, as a Recruitment Resourcer and am very excited to see what the future has in store for me. I am willing to use my competitive mindset to my advantage to ensure that the beginning of my career in recruitment is a successful one. 

Outside of work, I enjoy both playing and watching a variety of sports such as golf, football and rugby, while also doing my best to come to terms with the four major sports over here in the US! In addition, I do my best to get to the gym from time to time.

After graduating from Ulster University with a degree in Sports Science, I worked for a national football association, within the Football Development Department until 2021 when I decided to look for something more challenging which would align better with my competitive and sociable personality.

This led me to the fast-paced world of recruitment where I worked for two and a half years in the IT and technology space within the UK market before joining Reperio and moving into the Irish market. Here, I have been able to apply my skillset to a niche market and become a specialist in my specific sector.

I have a passion for cultivating positive client and candidate relationships while growing my knowledge and network along the way.

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, watching sports, and meeting up with friends and family for a few drinks.

Previous to working in Reperio, I completed a degree in Business Management with Placement from Queens University Belfast. During my placement year, I worked as a trainee fund accountant for global hedge fund administrator based in Dublin.

After graduating from university and discovering recruitment as a career prospect, I immediately knew it was for me. I have always been a competitive person who enjoys socialising; therefore, finding a role that could foster these traits was of high importance. I look forward to building relationships with clients and candidates whilst being able to achieve my career goals as a Recruitment Consultant here in Reperio.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing football and going out with friends when I can! I also enjoy following Liverpool FC, the best team in the world!

After taking a few years away from recruitment to study, I am now back at Reperio, having previously worked here for almost 8 years.

I will be focusing on recruiting for the QA / Testing market here in Ireland. Having worked solely in this market for so long, I have an extensive network of contacts in this area, so whether you are looking for a new role for yourself, or trying to find the perfect candidate for a hard-to-fill role then I should be well positioned to help. 

I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing in 2024, then spent 4 months backpacking across Southeast Asia and Australia. It was an incredible experience that broadened my perspective and taught me resilience, adaptability and the importance of embracing new challenges.

I’m passionate about using creative marketing strategies to connect with people and I’m always excited to bring fresh ideas to the table. In my free time, you’ll find me in the gym, walking my two dogs, attending live music events, or exploring new places.

After completing my A-Levels, I was fortunate enough to secure a degree apprenticeship with Deloitte Ireland as a Tax Advisor. While the experiece was invaluable, particularly in enhancing my communication and analytical skills, I discovered a passion for relationship-building and personal development after my first year. 

I take pride in fostering meaningful relationships and supporting others in reaching their full potential. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships is something I deeply value.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, playing guitar, and socialising with friends.

Prior to my career at Reperio, I completed my degree studying Business & Management at the University of Glasgow. During my time there, I was also a contractor leading hospitality teams across several leading Scottish Event Spaces (OVO Hydro, Hampden, Murrayfield). 

Having recently returned to Belfast, I'm eager to kick-start my career in recruitment and dive into the fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment it offers, specialising in the permanent placement of Senior Business Analysts & Product Managers across Ireland. 

Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking in the mountains, & making / finding music.
