Having lived in the North coast of Ireland, I grew up with living beside some of the best scenic areas in Ireland, and began to take an interest in what the coast had to offer e.g. rock climbing, kayaking and coasteering. This enjoyment of the adventure lifestyle led me to my first role as an outdoor instructor, where I gained years of experience in leading teams, managing situations and putting people outside their comfort zone in different environments. I then graduated from Queens University Belfast, with a Psychology (Hons) degree and transitioned into the life of a recruitment consultant, understanding the processes behind what people want and how to get the most out of their experience and personality is what drives me. I have always been fascinated by technology and how things work – therefore I led the embedded/hardware and electronic recruitment market for Reperio Human Capital for several years.

I graduated from Ulster University with a BSc in Business Management with a year spent studying in Spain. After this, I moved to England and began a career in business to business sales working for a specialist management consultancy, selling to directors of top firms in the UK. I got the opportunity to do some travelling and spent 2 years living in Australia, working in various sales roles to support my trips throughout 10 countries in South-East Asia as well as New Zealand and the USA.
Shortly after moving back to Ireland, I decided to move into IT recruitment with Reperio. As a self-confessed bad loser, I will use my background in sales and customer service, along with sheer grit and determination to win. After joining the Merchant Navy after school, I soon realized I was less suited to ship engines and more suited to people. I pursued this notion with my first sales job in energy telesales. I used this to attain a solid set of sales skills before moving to New Zealand in 2015, where I worked for one of the world’s largest sales & marketing companies, working both B2B and door to door. This is when and where I affirmed I wanted PEOPLE to be my business.
After returning from New Zealand in 2017 I entered the IT market in Belfast, working for a firm that set up meetings between multi-million dollar companies and global IT vendors. I found an interest in IT and a quick realization that this industry is only going to grow, massively, and I want to be a part of that.

Background
After graduating from my degree in Law and a masters in Violence, Terrorism and Security, I worked for several years in Retail Management. I decided I was ready for a new challenge and chose recruitment for the same reasons I chose retail. I love a job that is fast paced, where no two days are the same and every day presents a new challenge. I have always been strong-willed, competitive and ambitious; qualities which make me great at my job.
Outside of work you will find me planning my next adventure abroad or hiking in the Mourne Mountains.

Background
After graduating from Queens University Belfast with a degree in English, I struggled to find an area where I could put my outgoing and ambitious personality to good use. After much deliberation, and the advice of a former employee, I applied to Reperio. Fast-forward 6 weeks and I’m now a member of the team recruiting for Front end development positions.
Away from the office I enjoy coaching the next Carl Frampton’s at the local boxing club, witnessing Liverpool Conquer Europe and the odd sociable pint of stout in the local.

I graduated from Ulster University with a BSc in Business Management with a year spent studying in Spain. After this, I moved to England and began a career in business to business sales working for a specialist management consultancy, selling to directors of top firms in the UK. I got the opportunity to do some travelling and spent 2 years living in Australia, working in various sales roles to support my trips throughout 10 countries in South-East Asia as well as New Zealand and the USA.
Shortly after moving back to Ireland, I decided to move into IT recruitment with Reperio. I enjoy the challenge in finding a candidate the perfect role, as well as helping companies to reach their goals. As a self-confessed bad loser, I will use my background in sales and customer service, along with sheer grit and determination to win. Outside of work, I can usually be found trying to get a travel bargain or playing darts and pool in some of the bars around the city.
After joining the Merchant Navy after school, I soon realized I was less suited to ship engines and more suited to people. I pursued this notion with my first sales job in energy telesales. I used this to attain a solid set of sales skills before moving to New Zealand in 2015, where I worked for one of the world’s largest sales & marketing companies, working both B2B and door to door. This is when and where I affirmed I wanted PEOPLE to be my business.
After returning from New Zealand in 2017 I entered the IT market in Belfast, working for a firm that set up meetings between multi-million dollar companies and global IT vendors. I found an interest in IT and a quick realization that this industry is only going to grow, massively, and I want to be a part of that.
I decided recruitment is the career for me as it marries-up the skills, drive and experience I already have with the exciting, ever-growing IT industry of Ireland.

Moving back from York where I studied my undergraduate degree, I returned to Ireland and graduated with a Masters in Translation. From there, I moved into a management position in retail, in a very fast-paced and competitive company. Combining a love of communicating with a range of different people, with an ability for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them, I made the move to the IT recruitment market with Reperio. My combination of varied experiences makes me a detail-orientated, creative, and resilient recruiter.
I am a motivated, people-person and determined to succeed. I always work hard at what I do and enjoy a challenge.
When I'm not at the office, you'll find me at an art show, or travelling to a new city, for even more art.
I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Queens University Belfast in 2017 and decided to take up a management role at LadbrokesCoral PLC shortly after. Taking this experience with me, I decided to pursue a role in recruitment with Reperio Human Capital, and now specialise in identifying and recruiting the best CRM Software Developers for some of the biggest IT companies in Ireland. This environment provides me with the perfect opportunity to work with a diverse range of people while also tapping into my competitive side.
Aside from work I also enjoy going to the gym, travelling, socialising and watching Manchester Utd. I strive to be the best and that’s why I support the best.
