After a number of years I soon began to realise that I maybe did not have the patience nor the mathematical brain needed to become a coder! Having finished my degree in London I soon decided that Recruitment was the career for me. Starting at the bottom as a "Resourcer", I soon progressed into a Consultant then Senior Consultant within the IT Contract Division for one of the worlds biggest technology recruitment firms. After this I launched a new boutique recruitment firm in London before joining forces with an ex-colleague to launch Reperio Human Capital Ltd based in Ireland.
 
Reperio Human Capital focus primarily within Ireland, the UK, and Europe as well as some select roles further afield. Our areas of expertise include IT Software Development, IT Infrastructure and IT Senior Appointments. All of the consultants here work within a very small technical market which ensures they have a very good grasp of their field and can advise both candidates and clients on their best options.

Background

Having lived in the North coast of Ireland, I grew up with living beside some of the best scenic areas in Ireland, and began to take an interest in what the coast had to offer in things such as rock climbing, kayaking and coasteering. This enjoyment of the adventure lifestyle led me to my first role as an outdoor instructor, where I gained years of experience in leading teams, managing situations and putting people outside their comfort zone in different environments. I then graduated from Queens University Belfast, with a Psychology (Hons) degree and transitioned into the life of a recruitment consultant, understanding the processes behind what people want and how to get the most out of their experience and personality is what drives me. I have always been fascinated by technology and how things work – therefore I led the embedded/hardware and electronic recruitment market for Reperio Human Capital for several years.

With a strong background in recruitment, and the IT market in Ireland, I have transitioned into an internal Human Resources role within Reperio. I am responsible for internal recruitment and training.

I graduated from University with a Bachelor's degree in French and Modern History. From there I moved straight into a business to business sales environment, working for an international financial magazine selling to companies all over the world. I decided to make the move into recruitment and have found an industry where a hatred of losing and a real competitive streak most certainly come in handy. I really do love what I do and it's shown so far in my career where I’ve already broken a number of company records.

After graduating from the Quinn School of Business, UCD, I have worked in client facing roles for a number of years. I’m a Galway native, and have previously lived in Dublin and Jakarta, Indonesia. I pride myself on delivering exceptional service to my clients and am more interested in building up a long-lasting and beneficial relationship with my candidates and clients rather than placing candidates and filling jobs for the sake of it. After graduating university, with Bachelor’s degree in Health and Leisure, I moved straight into my first sales role, working for a luxury car manufacturer in Belfast. Background

After 3 amazing years in Liverpool getting my Bsc in Biomedical Science and spending my summers travelling the world I returned home to Belfast with fire in my belly for my next challenge. Initially unsure of what this was to be, I continued working a customer facing role and exploring my options until I came across recruitment and more importantly, Reperio. I joined Reperio in 2017, specialising in C# and .NET Development. My dedicated, competitive and ambitious mindset I believe are what sets me apart, couple this with my extremely strong work ethos and I will be unstoppable. Background
