We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join a growing software company that specializes in digital transformation, asset tracking, and ERP solutions. This is an enterprise software company; we are looking preferably for someone who has experience working within the Software as a Service Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the sales organization 
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs using multiple tools
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales forecasts, targets, and quotas working alongside Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Finance
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams to manage sales compensation plans and incentives across the sales organization for future goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns for current and emerging markets
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems
  • Act as a liason between sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRMs: Salesforce, HubSpot for example
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
