We are looking for an Executive Sales Director to join a software company that is a leading provider of enterprise operations that integrates with ERP systems, serving enterprise clients globally. Job Description:

As the Enterprise Technical Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client's presence within the enterprise market segment. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will lead a team of sales professionals (Account Executives and Account Managers) to identify, pursue, and close strategic deals with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the enterprise segment
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of enterprise sales executives to drive performance and exceed sales goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at enterprise clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales engineering, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and providing regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance, key metrics, and market insights of the Account Executive and Account Management teams
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads within the enterprise market
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales roles, with at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise market landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for the year
