Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve application and service issues.
- Manage incidents, problems and changes within agreed processes and SLAs.
- Support root-cause analysis and preventative improvements.
- Maintain documentation and provide user/stakeholder support.
- Improve monitoring, performance and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Essential Experience
- 3+ years' experience in IT Operations, Application Support or Infrastructure Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Experience supporting business-critical systems.
- SQL troubleshooting experience.
- REST API and integration troubleshooting experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Azure/cloud experience.
- Grafana, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins or Ansible.
- PowerShell or Python.
- Payments/financial services experience.
- Automation and monitoring experience.
