This is a hands-on role covering Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualisation and Unified Communications, with a key focus on telephony modernisation and migration from on-prem to cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy.
- Support CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP, voice gateways and Teams Phone.
- Contribute to on-premise to cloud telephony migrations.
- Support WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, routing and switching.
- Maintain VMware, storage, backup and core infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and support ITIL-based Incident, Problem and Change processes.
Experience
Looking for 7+ years' infrastructure/technical operations experience, with strong hands-on experience across:
- Microsoft 365 / Teams / Entra ID / Intune
- Unified Communications and enterprise telephony
- CUCM / SIP / voice gateways
- Cloud telephony migration
- Networking / WAN / SD-WAN
- VMware / storage / backup
- ITIL processes
