What You'll Do
Manage the 360-recruitment process from start to finish
- Source and recruit technology professionals
- Effectively locate need and develop new business opportunities for potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers and employment terms
- Build expertise within, and hone competitive advantage by staying up to date on, your specialist market
- Work toward individual sales and performance goals
