Test Manager (Contract, Dublin)
My client is a leading technology company who specialise in AI powered solutions. The business is at an exciting stage of growth, with a strong focus on AI innovation, product quality and real-world customer impact.
This is a 12-month daily rate contract role with likely extension or offer of a permanent position. It will involve taking ownership of the testing vision, strategy and execution across their AI-powered products.
You'll work closely with Engineering and Product teams to establish testing frameworks, quality standards and processes, while assessing AI accuracy, reliability, performance and potential risks.
Successful candidates will possess a strong combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively support and contribute to the company's vision and strategic direction.
Key Skills & Experience
- 7+ years' experience in software testing, QA, product quality or a related technical role.
- 5+ Years Leadership experience within software testing
- Proven experience testing AI, ML or LLM-based products.
- Strong understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and measuring AI performance.
- Experience building testing frameworks, strategies and quality processes from scratch.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear recommendations.
