Senior Software Developer in Test (Contract, Galway)
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading software development organisation based in Galway for a 6 Month rolling contract.
In this role you will support the wider development team in an AI transformation project, ensuring quality and reliability of their products. The Ideal candidate will have a strong development background, excellent automation and manual testing knowledge and be experienced in working with AI tools.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in software development and testing, with strong manual and automated testing skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to enhance test creation and automation.
- Experience testing AI/agentic products, including model responses, reliability, data inputs/outputs and scalability.
- Strong experience building automated test frameworks using C#, Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with contract testing
- Experience with cloud, performance/security testing and Agile methodologies would be advantageous.
