The Role
This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals looking to launch a long-term career in recruitment.
No prior recruitment experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. We're looking for individuals with determination, confidence, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while building valuable relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers across the U.S.
- Identify, engage, and recruit technology professionals within specialized markets
- Manage recruitment assignments from intake through successful placement
- Build and grow your own network of clients and candidates
- Work toward individual performance targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process

Months 12-18
- Take ownership of your own recruitment processes

- Manage key client accounts
- Mentor newer team members
