NetSuite SuiteBilling Specialist (Contract, Remote)

About the Role

We're working with a growing organization that needs an experienced NetSuite SuiteBilling Specialist to strengthen its billing operations. You'll own the configuration and optimization of SuiteBilling, making sure subscription, usage, and recurring billing run accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with Finance and Operations to resolve billing challenges and streamline the invoicing process.

What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain SuiteBilling, including subscription plans, price books, charge rules, and billing schedules
• Set up and manage usage-based and recurring billing models
• Handle subscription change orders, renewals, and amendments
• Ensure billing aligns with revenue recognition requirements (ARM)
• Troubleshoot billing issues and improve existing processes and workflows
• Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Document configurations and support user training where needed

What You'll Bring

• Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting NetSuite SuiteBilling
• Strong understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes
• Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
• Ability to translate finance requirements into practical system solutions
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with finance teams

Nice to Have

• NetSuite certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based businesses
• Familiarity with saved searches, workflows, or SuiteScript
