Senior .NET Developer
We're looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join an asset management company for an initial 6 month contract. You'll design and build scalable, high-performance applications that support the business as it grows.
Responsibilities
- Build new features and improve existing applications
- Work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements and design to delivery
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to agree requirements
- Write technical design documents and lead walkthroughs
- Investigate and fix production issues
- Write clean, well-tested code and share best practice with the team
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience in financial services
- Strong C# and .NET skills
- Experience with SOA, multi-threading and event-driven or publish/subscribe design
- Comfortable working with large data sets and complex algorithms
- WPF experience is ideal
- Web development experience is a bonus
- Python, AI/LLM or cloud experience is a strong plus
- Proactive, quick to learn and a strong team player
