What they're looking for:
* 8+ years in a similar technical role, ideally with banking or finance exposure
* Hands-on delivery of enterprise IAM transformation, including moving from username/password authentication to a modern IdP
* Strong MFA, SSO and federation experience, with deep knowledge of OIDC/OAuth2 and SAML
* Proven user migration and production cutover experience (identity mapping, claim transformation, role migration)
* The confidence to challenge and influence technical decisions
