Senior Technical Program Management

Dublin - Hybrid - Permanent

An organisation based in Cork is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join its Manufacturing Operations team. The role combines new product introduction, enterprise technology change and global operations. You will lead the end-to-end operational delivery of high-profile Storage and AI product launches, while driving business readiness for the rollout of next-generation enterprise systems.

You will report to the New Product Introduction (NPI) Leadership Team and work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Services and Quality. Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end NPI delivery for complex Storage and AI products, turning multi-generation product roadmaps into execution plans with strong launch governance
  • Drive business readiness, process integration and change management for new enterprise platform rollouts, keeping active product launches on track through system transitions
  • Define future-state operating models that support long-term growth
  • Advise senior and executive leaders: run decision forums, resolve cross-functional trade-offs and build consensus across global teams without direct authority
  • Build executive scorecards, launch dashboards and KPIs, using data to spot schedule, quality and supply risks early
  • Simplify, standardise and automate processes across the product lifecycle to improve launch predictability

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or similar, with 8+ years' relevant experience (or a master's with 6+ years)
  • Strong background in Technical Program Management or NPI, bringing complex hardware, infrastructure, data centre, server, storage or AI products to market
  • Proven track record leading large-scale business transformation, enterprise platform implementations or business readiness programmes in a global matrix organisation
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence Director and VP-level stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience building governance models, KPIs, risk plans and executive dashboards

Desirable

  • MBA or a technical master's degree
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean or Six Sigma certification
  • Manufacturing operations, supply chain or hardware product lifecycle management (PLM) experience
