CRM Executive (Microsoft Dynamics)

Our client is a leading professional services organisation, and they're looking for a CRM Executive to join their commercial operations team. You'll look after the day-to-day running of their Dynamics CRM, keep the client data accurate and help more people across the business use the system.

Key skills:

• Minimum 5 years hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• CRM administration and support - managing records, data imports and exports, and first-line user support
• Data cleansing, deduplication and data governance, including awareness of GDPR
• Excellent communicator who's confident training non-technical users and writing user guides

This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate would be expected to work on site 3 days per week.
