We connect US companies with technology professionals who run their systems. Our Tampa office is the base for our US growth, backed by a well-established business in Ireland.
What You'll Do
* Find and screen candidates using our database, LinkedIn and job boards
* Win new clients through calls, networking and outreach
* Build and manage relationships with hiring managers
* Understand each client's needs and match the right people to them
* Run the process from first call to offer, including negotiating terms
What We're Looking For
* 1+ year in sales, business development, door-to-door, insurance or another customer-facing role
* Comfortable on the phone and speaking with new people every day
* Motivated by targets and being rewarded for results
* Resilient: you keep going after a no
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar is a plus, not a must
What You'll Get
* $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission, paid monthly
* OTE $55,000+ in Year 1
* 12 personal days + 12 company holidays, including the last week of December
