Identity & Access Management Engineer

• Stamp 4 visa required

The role

You'll be the hands-on technical lead for the migration. That means redesigning how authentication works, planning how users move across, onboarding applications onto the new IdP and getting everything safely through cutover. You'll work alongside architects, cybersecurity, application and infrastructure teams, and they'll look to you for direction. Delivery runs through Azure DevOps within an agile setup.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in a similar role, with a track record of delivering IAM transformation programmes
• Real-world experience migrating applications from username/password authentication to a modern IdP
• Strong knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2 and SAML, plus experience with SSO and federation across multiple identity domains
• Experience with identity mapping, claim transformation, role migration and production cutover planning
• The confidence to challenge and influence technical decisions with senior stakeholders
• A relevant degree and IAM or security certifications

Desirable

• Banking or financial services experience
• Exposure to Java development environments
