Lead and grow a power electronics chip team in the Mid-West.
Our client is a global semiconductor company with a strong presence in power products. They need a senior leader to head their analog power team in Limerick on a contract basis. You'll set the technical direction, build and develop the team, and make sure complex power chips are delivered on time, working closely with systems, product and international design colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the analog team
- Set architecture and design direction
- Own power chip delivery
- Plan schedules and resources
- Drive product roadmap
- Partner with overseas teams
- Improve tools and design reuse
Skills and experience
- Analog / power IC team leadership
- Complex power chips released to market
- Switching converter topologies and control
- Silicon debug and bench testing
- High-voltage process knowledge
- Strong communicator
- EE degree or similar
