Our client is an enterprise software company who we are assisting in hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and build customer service workflow features from end to end, making customer-facing processes faster and smarter with AI.

Key skills:

• 7+ years in software engineering, including technical direction adopted beyond your own team
• Production experience with LLM APIs, RAG, agent orchestration, tool/function calling and structured outputs
• Hands-on experience writing agentic prompts and building the evaluations that test them
• Java, JavaScript/TypeScript and React, plus system design, APIs and data modelling
• Automated testing (JUnit, Selenium, Playwright or similar) and CI/CD
