What You Will Do
- Find and screen candidates using our database, LinkedIn and job boards
- Win new clients through calls, networking and outreach
- Build relationships with hiring managers and understand what each client needs
- Match the right people to the right roles
- Run the process from first call to offer, including negotiating terms
What We Are Looking For
No degree needed. Ideally you have 1+ year in sales, but we will talk to hungry people without it who understand sales is a long game.

What You Get
- $45K to $50K base + uncapped commission, paid monthly. No minimum threshold, up to 30% commission, and you earn on every deal you complete
- OTE of $55K to $60K+ in Year 1, with $100K+ possible within two years

The Honest Bit
This is a sales role. You will make a lot of calls, hear a lot of no's, and it can take time to close your first deal. The people who push through build their own desk, earn well and move into leadership.
