NetSuite AI Consultant | Contract | USA

Job description

We are working with US clients who want to bring AI into their NetSuite environments, and we are looking for hands-on consultants who have already done it.

The role

You will design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions inside NetSuite that solve real business problems. You will work with client teams to scope the work, deliver it and hand it over with confidence. This is project-based contract work with flexibility on hours, depending on what each project needs.

What you will do

• Design and build AI solutions in NetSuite, such as support automation, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, case triage and automated QA
• Integrate NetSuite with AI tools, third-party systems and middleware
• Work with finance, operations and IT stakeholders to turn requirements into working solutions
• Troubleshoot, improve and support live AI and NetSuite solutions
• Document your work so client teams can run it after go-live

What you will need

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in a live NetSuite environment (not only demos or proofs of concept)
• Strong NetSuite skills, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and workflows
• Experience with integrations (APIs, EDI, Celigo or similar)
• Clear communication and the ability to work directly with client teams
• Available for contract work and able to work through your own company (C2C)
