Lead Business Analyst

This tech company provides software solutions across multiple industries and are looking for a Lead Business Analyst as they continue to expand. Stepping into a relatively new team of experienced technical professionals as a leader, you will be working to determine financial, business and operational objectives, and then looking at what technical solutions can be employed to reach these goals. A lot of good reports come from the staff already working here, and there is massive scope to develop within the company.

Requirements:

• Around 7+ years' experience in a Business Analyst position
• Experience in the finance or healthcare industries is particularly useful, but not essential
• Ability to verify the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and develop strategies for improving said systems
• Experience in a leadership role with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical acumen with a background in software development preferred (knowledge of ML/AI-driven tech an advantage)
