Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improving HR systems and processes.
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of HRIS solutions to support our digital transformation project.
- Configure and customize HRIS platforms to meet the unique needs of our organization.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximise system utilisation and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS administration, implementation, and support.
- Strong technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
