HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improving HR systems and processes.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of HRIS solutions to support our digital transformation project.
• Configure and customize HRIS platforms to meet the unique needs of our organization.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximise system utilisation and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HRIS administration, implementation, and support.
• Strong technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
