My client is a fast-growing electronics manufacturer based in St. Louis, MO, focused on delivering innovative products to customers. As they continue to expand operations, they are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join the team and support the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the NetSuite ERP system to support manufacturing operations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and configure NetSuite accordingly, focusing on the manufacturing modules.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance, including user management, data security, workflow customization, and system updates.
  • Continuously monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Support end-users in navigating and utilizing NetSuite effectively through training, documentation, and ongoing assistance.
  • Work closely with the IT team to integrate NetSuite with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Stay updated with new NetSuite releases and proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with NetSuite, specifically with manufacturing modules is preferred.
  • Proficient in System Administration, User Management, Saved Searches, Workflow, Customization, and SuiteScripting within NetSuite.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation, configuration, and maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Negotiable salary between $110,000 - $120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Generous benefits package, including paid time off (PTO) and healthcare coverage.
  • 401k matching program of 6% to assist in building long-term financial security.
