NetSuite Administrator

On-site 3 days/week, potential for remote flexibility

My client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join a growing industrial manufacturing company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the NetSuite ERP system, specifically focusing on the manufacturing and supply chain modules.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the NetSuite platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and implement enhancements and customizations to meet the evolving needs of the manufacturing and supply chain departments.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Monitor system integrations and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other relevant applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users within the manufacturing and supply chain teams.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, new features, and industry best practices to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement third-party applications or integrations to enhance the NetSuite functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite, with a focus on the manufacturing and supply chain modules.
• Proven knowledge of system configurations, customizations, and data management within NetSuite.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to NetSuite integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• NetSuite certifications, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain, are highly desired.
