Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and administration of Netsuite, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements, then recommend and implement Netsuite customizations and enhancements accordingly
  • Maintain and update Netsuite configurations, workflows, reports, and customizations to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting and resolution of Netsuite issues, including user access management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives for Netsuite utilization in manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Research and stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Netsuite administration, particularly in the manufacturing and supply chain modules
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Netsuite with other enterprise systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and conduct Netsuite training for end-users to enhance their system knowledge and proficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a Netsuite Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience in Netsuite administration, customization, and support
  • Strong understanding and experience with Netsuite manufacturing and supply chain modules
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving systems issues, including user access management
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in Netsuite administration, particularly in the manufacturing and supply chain modules
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
