L3 Server Engineer

We're seeking a talented Level 3 Server Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure efforts spanning Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on-premise environments. This pivotal role involves managing migrations, optimizing performance, and fortifying security measures to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Level 3 support, with a focus on maintaining stability and resolving complex issues.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS, encompassing design, deployment, and optimization.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), networking, and security protocols.
• Deep understanding of VMware, Windows Server, Windows SQL, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 incident support, collaborating with vendors to swiftly resolve critical issues.
• Administer Azure & AWS environments, including provisioning, configuration, and security management.
• Analyze existing operational standards and enact improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Lead cloud migration projects, offering technical expertise and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
