QA Automation Engineer

Due to the rapid growth in their market, my client is looking for a Contract QA Automation Engineer to work with them for a minimum of 6 months with a likely extension.

This role offers an opportunity to work within a market-leading organisation during an exciting time of growth and expansion, as well as a competitive daily rate of €425 per day and hybrid working ( 1 day on-site in the City Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Develop a testing strategy that will cover all stages of the developmental lifecycle and execute accordingly
• Create automation frameworks to identify areas that require improvement using several test tools
• Record and deliver test results to a variety of stakeholders
• Work to agreed quality standards and industry best practices with a strong drive towards CI/CD, DevOps and automation.

Requirements:

• Experience in complete end-to-end testing throughout a life cycle model including writing proficient test scripts
• Experience in automation testing frameworks eg Selenium with C#
• Strong Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in using software testing tools for both web and desktop applications.
• Proven experience in developing verification test methods and recording test results.
