Senior Data Scientist

Reperio have partnered with an Irish-owned software development firm. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading advanced analytics projects, leveraging machine learning and statistical modelling techniques to extract insights from complex datasets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of leading complex analytics projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, sci-kit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised and unsupervised, deep learning) and experience applying them to real-world problems.
• Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
