Application Support Analyst

I'm seeking to hire an experienced Application Support professional on behalf of my client, an Irish regulator within the Medical sector. They are in the process of implementing a world-class Microsoft 365 environment internally and are seeking to add an experienced professional to their team to help support the design and delivery of this implementation.

Duties:

• Providing technical support to internal users and external clients
• Supporting the design and delivery of a Microsoft 365 environment
• Managing the development and promotion of ICT policies and standards
• Maintaining technical support relationships with vendors to ensure IT services are provided in an effective matter
• Evaluating capabilities by unused Office 365 and Cloud applications

Requirements:

• Demonstratable experience in supporting enterprise applications
• Strong experience in supporting Microsoft 365 applications
• An understanding of ITIL IT Service Management Framework and Change processes
• Experience with PowerShell Scripting, Power Platform and Power Apps is highly desirable
