This healthcare company are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of their regulatory products.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and enhancement of a digital product suite while overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, you will ensure that products meet the needs of both healthcare providers and patients, with a keen eye for problem-solving and a creative outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Translate customer feedback and business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage product development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive product adoption and engagement through effective communication, training, and marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and escalations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience in the healthcare (or similar) industry.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, workflows, and technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
