A financial consultancy with a great reputation are looking to bolster the team with a couple of Senior Business Analysts. You will join the client-focused branch of the change team in a senior capacity, partaking in an advanced Agile environment to improve client business processes. Building relationships with clients will be a key part of the role, as will using your domain knowledge (which in this case will be OTC Derivatives) and well-rounded Business Analysis skillset to drive positive change, and mentor more junior Analysts.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years in a Business Analyst Position, with knowledge of OTC Derivatives and the banking industry
- Strong technical skillset, with experience working in Agile and using tools like SQL and Jira
- A history of mapping and improving business processes will be key
- Exceptional communication/leadership abilities
