Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve user-reported issues with hardware, software, and network systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, escalating as necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals. Perform routine maintenance on hardware systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Create and update knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- Over 4 years of demonstrated expertise as an IT Support Engineer or in a comparable technical support position.
- Adept at diagnosing and effectively resolving technical challenges associated with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledgeable in Active Directory, Windows, Office 365, and Intune
- Possession of pertinent certifications is strongly advantageous.
