I have partnered with a leading Software Development company client based in Ireland looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join their team to build out their automation framework. If you would like to be part of an Agile team and make an effective change, this could be the ideal move for you.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, create and build automated test scripts from scratch
- Monitor and report defects found during the testing process
- Work within an agile methodology/ team structure
- Assist in multiple projects for software development release
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4+ years' experience developing automated test scripts/frameworks from scratch
- Experience working on mobile and web applications using Appium
- Hands-on experience automating test scripts using Selenium with Python or similar
- Experience with Database testing using SQL
- Experience with performance testing using JMeter or similar is highly desirable
