We are looking for an Account Manager to come join a growing Sales CRM company. While this might have a Account Management title, your focus would be on both customer success and farming current accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a book of current business - strategic accounts assigned to you
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure current business continues to thrive and prosper
  • Manage the renewal/cross-sell opportunities (including reducing churn)
  • Work hand in hand with product and engineering teams to continuously improve solutions offered to customers

Requirements:

  • Experience with client management within SaaS/B2B Sales
  • 2+ years of customer success management experience or equivalent (titles may vary)
  • Proven experience reducing churn percentages and expanding current business
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the year
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
