We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader who has experience hiring, training, and leading a team of Account Executives. This leader will be working within a growing fintech company that is looking to expand their entire sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of Account Executives
  • Handle strategic accounts and partners assigned to you specifically that you will oversee (IC responsibility)
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews with your sales team
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and project management teams to stay on top of technology updates, improvements, and new releases
  • Create new business outreach strategies and collaborate with marketing to look into new GTM strategies
  • Track KPIs of sales team consistently

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience of proven management over sales team(s)
  • Sold the offerings or worked within a financial software, product, or solution company
  • Deep understanding of multiple CRMs
  • Industry knowledge to help with GTM strategies
  • Able to have a player/coach mentality: will have some individual contributor responsibilities on strategic accounts as well as leading a team

Benefits:

  • 165K+ base salary with 50/50 split in OTE uncapped. (added benefit is equity)
