Software Engineer

I am working with a highly successful and well-established financial services company. This company builds software for several payments, finance and banking functionalities and massively increases efficiency and cuts costs for finance departments, governments, professional services companies and universities. They leverage modern technologies, industry-leading expertise and a thorough understanding of the industries in which they operate to deliver real innovative change for their clients and drive forward progress within these organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain APIs, Microservices and Web Applications
• Collaborate with a small team of highly talented, diverse Senior developers and learn from them to enhance your own engineering abilities
• Working with clients to make bespoke modifications to an incredibly popular product
• Influence every step of the SDLC right from conception

Requirements:

• 3 + Years of software Engineering experience
• Highly proficient in OOP, particularly Java or C#
• Server-side product development experience
• REST API design and implementation experience
• NoSQL databases experience
• Experience developing multi-threaded concurrent code
• Experience with Automation tools (eg Maven or NuGet)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
