Cloud Security Engineer

My client in the Financial Services space is looking for an experienced mid-level Cloud Security Engineer for a six-month initial contract in Dublin. Must have a strong background in Infrastructure/Cloud Security, IaC and security automation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud projects from inception to deployment
• Support cloud management processes (automation, platform management etc)
• Serve as a cloud security subject matter expert
• Align security deliverables with regulatory & compliance requirements
• Evaluate and test new automation technologies for the Trust & Security program

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience designing, building, or implementing cloud-based technology services, as well as Infrastructure Security & IAM
• Proficiency in Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with cloud-based identity access controls
• Experience with AWS/Azure security services and features
• Knowledge of information lifecycle management and network security
• Practical experience addressing cybersecurity in hybrid and cloud environments
• Familiarity with international security standards, such as ISO27001
