We are looking for an Account Manager to join a growing industrial automation company here on the east coast. You'd be a part of the growing enterprise Account Management team that focuses purely on the largest opportunities across the US. This will be considered a farming sales role NOT hunting for new logos.

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross functionally with marketing and product teams to keep updated on new features and product offering updates
  • Ability to present new features, updates, and resolved issues to current client business - continuously educate clients on the offerings
  • Work with sales, customer success, and sales operations teams on potential opportunities within your expansion pipeline
  • Focus will be on current strategic accounts - cross and up-sell opportunities. Expansion as a whole.
  • Have face-to-face client meetings - traveling about 30% of the year

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consultative selling a complex solution
  • Ability to travel 30% of the year
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience building long term relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience working in the manufacturing or industrial automation space is preferred but not required
